Ahimbisibwe Moses, professionally known as DogCity Promoter was born on 1/08/1996 in Kazo District, is a Ugandan online and ground music promoter, brand ambassador, entrepreneur and social media influencer. He is the founder and the CEO of DogCity Promotions. In 2017, DogCity Promoter started doing his music also which features other Ugandan musicians & Deejays. His motto is "We make music be media worldwide"
