Dpass Rhymes is a dancehall gospel artist from Uganda, Africa. He is a songwriter, recording, and performing artist. His real name is Derrick Musisi a born again Christian. His stage name "DPASS" stands for Devoted Planted And Strengthened in Salvation. He started making music in high school; he is inspired by many people including King Wesley,Apass,many gospel artists nevertheless he is an inspiration to many. His most breakthrough this year was his song titled "Yesu Asobola" that is still a big tune in the country and his video of his song titled "Way Maker." He has worked with prominent producers, DJs, artists including Smart keyz, Temperature Rise,Joshwills, DJ Easy Samuel,DJ Musa Big Sounds, DJ Nimso, Ric Elvis, M Rex, and many more. Because of his passion to help those in need, he has teamed up with the Gospel Arise Slums Ministries to help street children.His music has brought vibe in the gospel industry most especially to the youths.
