personality, content creator, and TikTok star from Uganda, is thrilled to have
received a YouTube gold plaque button.
The vlogs and TikToks that Angella Summer Namubiru
created to document her day-to-day life in rural Uganda propelled her to fame.
Angella Summer champions social causes in her writing,
including raising awareness of the health risks associated with skin bleaching,
equal rights for women and children, having access to safe drinking water, and
environmental protection.
Angella Summer Namubiru, who was born in the village of
Butakesu, was awarded the People's Choice Award in November 2022.
The content creator was given the Gold play button
earlier today for amassing over 1 million YouTube followers on her channel.
Channels with more over one million subscribers receive
the Gold play button, which is composed of brass that has been gold-plated.
Angella Summer Namubiru praised her followers for their
unwavering support on social media after collecting her prize.
