Big Eye After receiving criticism for his political ties for years, Starboss is overjoyed with the affection he is currently receiving from music lovers wherever he travels.
Ibrahim Mayanja, also known as Big Eye, was outspoken about his support for the NRM, the party in power, and President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni before the national elections of 2021.
Big Eye used his social media accounts in addition to campaigning with NRM's team from town to town to denigrate the rival party and bolster the incumbent president's base of support.
Later on, notably in his musical career, his involvement with the NRM caused him problems.
When Big Eye seemed after the elections, he got hit with bottles and other items and made to leave the stage.
His stardom also took a severe hit as a result of people not listening to him and constantly criticizing him, even on social media.
According to his social media activities, Big Eye has recently admitted to regretting his earlier deeds and now supports Bobi Wine and the NUP.
