Some detractors have gone so far as to charge Gravity Omutujju with witchcraft, claiming that the calf was there to please the gods.

These critics assert that they believe the cow and the singer's outfit contain a secret message and point to a more profound, mystical intention.

"Indeed, those are sacrifices, but why would someone do that for merely earthly pleasures?," says one TikTok remark from a user going by the handle Namuli um. There is a hidden message between the red clothing and the calf.

The calf may have been sacrificed to the gods by Gravity Omutujju in exchange for the blessings that the ancestors spirits showered upon his concert, according to an alternative theory put forth by others.

This idea is consistent with the African practice of making cow sacrifices to please different gods and win their favor.
