Pius Mayanja alias Pallaso of Team Good Music has gone
public with an update on his current connection with fellow musician and
politician Bobi Wine.
Bobi Wine went public on June 8th, 2023, and urged fans
to attend Alien Skin and Pallaso's concerts in Freedom City and Lugogo Cricket
Oval, respectively.
Bobi Wine stated on social media that he supports Alien
Skin because he is a true depiction of the Ghetto and that is his background.
The NUP party leader, on the other side, stated that he
supports Pallaso since he was one of the few musicians that used their songs to
advocate for his release while he was kidnapped, tortured, and detained by the
military in 2018.
However, opponents pointed out that, according to Bobi
Wine's post, he was completely behind Alien Skin rather than Pallaso.
Pallaso was recently asked to comment on his current
relationship with fellow artist Bobi Wine during an interview. In his reaction,
the former stated that He Still Has High Regard For The Latter And That Their
Friendship Remains Solid.
Pallaso stated that Bobi Wine is one of his childhood
pals and that nothing can ever change it.
He recalled their early days at Nile Promotions, Lions
Disco Techque, Kimumbasa, and Kawempe, saying that no one could characterize
him better than Bobi Wine.
