"When I started in this business, I wanted to develop into who I am today, and I have beyond my expectations. In an interview with a local television station, he stated, "I have made my money through music and have even provided a helping hand to others that needed my support, like Cindy and Eddy Kenzo, among others.
Along with other performers, Mike Wine also claims to have introduced Cindy to Dancehall music and launched the career of Eddy Kenzo.
Being Bobi Wine's younger brother, Mike Wine is wealthy, and detractors sometimes point to Bobi Wine's reputation as the source of his money. Even more outrageous claims claim he works for the government.
