A Rwandair A330 can be seen in
the backdrop of the footage, but it's not clear if this was at Entebbe
International Airport or if he was on a connecting flight.
Mayinja and Bebe Cool are seen
leaving London in a another video.
The performer, who was once
signed to Eagles Production and Golden Band Production, had previously stated
that he would return to Uganda by the end of this month and no later than
December 1.
Amidst rumors that he was
deeply in debt, Mayinga fled Uganda for the UK in May of this year.
But the musician went on to
say that he had visited his family in the UK to see how they were doing.
"My name is Ronald
Mayinja, ladies and gentlemen," he uttered. I have learned from Uganda
that Ronald Mayinja has left the nation. that he is not going to return.
He went on, "Let me
explain that. I don't see why I should leave Uganda. Nobody's asking me to do
anything. I'm not being sought after. The truth is, I visited my family in London
to see how they were doing.
"After the visit, I will
return to Uganda."
In addition, Mayinja requested
that no more films or interviews be made of his parents or their newly
renovated Kampala home.
"Ladies and gentlemen, it
is not acceptable. That would be trespassing. I hope the best for you. God keep
you safe. God bless the Kabaka.
Ronald Mayinja declared,
"All of my children are here." When I first arrived here, I came with
others. Second, I have other places to stay when I return to Kampala, so my
house is undergoing renovations and will then be listed for rent. I don't want
bloggers to travel there as they risk being detained.
