As the 95% of Ugandans still enjoy the hit song “Okwepicha”
by Gravity Omutujju, the Ugandan police is not happy and settled as of how
people continue to promote pornography, most especially musicians who continue
to overwhelmingly promote what should be abolished in public.
Instead of having something/a message that’s so
educative, musicians just on a high rate load into the natives unworthy and
unnecessary words and in so doing it is termed destructive.
When speaking to the Media, Police Officer Fred Enanga
states that a law has been put in action to arrest anyone promoting vulgar and
pornography in Uganda.
He also gives “Okwepicha” as an example and continues to
say anyone caught singing or playing this hit song that has been on the lips of
everyone all over the country will be put into interrogation and arrested as
well.
Gravity Omutujju on his Instagram page also replies “Okwepicha
means taking pictures. Wama those who wants to take pictures lets meet on the 2nd
September at Lugogo cricket oval Twepiche”
