Rocky Giant's real name is Fred Giriya he comes from West Nile,
but was born in Central Buganda.
He speaks more Luganda than his
mother tongue just because I grew up in Buganda.
He lost both of his parents
when he was six years old.
He followed up on his
Rafiki release with 'Gwabaras' which is precise fusion of Contemporary Ugandan
ragga and Hip-hop music.
This is a phenomenon
that has helped to establish him as one of the top lugflow/Hip hop artistes.
His previous release 'Rafiki' is already very popular in the
UK.
Rocky is one of the
first musicians to invade Lugaflow music genre and introduce it to the music
industry making him a legendary lugaflow artist in Uganda
