Sharp Star

Sharp Star real name Okumu Rogers came to the main stream during the covid-19 pandemic with a hit song "Jajunga" which captivated audience and also turned out to be a street anthem that every youth in his region could sing along the lyrics of his song.

Sharp Star is a Born of 2004 in Segere Village Magola Subcounty in the Eastern Uganda (Tororo district). He grew up with both his parents Awori Mangadalina and Okumu Rogers of Segere Village in Tororo district.

He began his Music career during the 2021 political Campaign in Uganda with "Jajunga Oloyo Banja" becoming his breakthrough song which many thought to be a political Campaign song.

Sharp Star has made various songs in the past few years include Chairman, Chandi, Atimo aparan, Pinyi me Kamowan, Jalo, Wamyeli dance, Bedi Pinyi Poker dyere, Mama among others.

He has worked under his Manager ODOI ALOYSIOUS of T-town Media (Tororo Town Media)

Sharp Star has made various collaborations with Artists like Eagle P, Mavado Ranks, Figure Star.

He has performed in Various Venues like Nyasigala resort in Mulanda (Tororo) , Half London, Segere trading center among many more.
